(makes enough to top one 10″ pie)
Depending on how thick you want to layer your crumble…
1/4-1/2 cup sprouted spelt flour, sifted
1/2-3/4 cup Rapadura or Sucanat
1/3-2/3 cup of pastured butter, cut into small pieces
pinch of salt
Mix flour, sugar & salt and cut butter in with a pastry cutter, 2 knives or your fingertips until desired consistency is achieved. Top your filling with crumble, making sure to get good coverage.
