Pumpkin Pie Filling

8432157(makes enough for one 9-10 inch pie shell)

2 cups cooked pumpkin (simply cut your pumpkin in half, seed and place on a parchment lined baking sheet in a 350 degree oven until soft

4 pasture-raised eggs
1/2 cup pastured cream
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 rounded teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy and pour into your waiting pie shell.
